Philanthropy Application Form
Eligibility: Swanston Philanthropy believes in the transformative power of giving back. In order to apply for support, organizations must be able to provide documentation that:
1. Designates them as a tax-exempt US 501 c3 organization
2. Demonstrates they have been operational for at least 3 years

Please email any supporting documents or additional information that you believe would be helpful for us to review your application (e.g., project proposal, organizational brochure, financial statements, etc.) to info@swanston.org. Be sure to reference your application in the email.
